The Big Wheel Pub Crawl returns to Dewey Beach on August 1, 2009! So, dust your big wheels off and head down to the Starboard. Participants will receive a pink wristband for specials and an event t-shirt. Although not required, a big wheel is encouraged. You don't want to to miss out on the big wheel races! Race winners will receive prizes along with prizes for the best decorated big wheels in the following categories: "Pimpin' It Pink - Who's Pimpin' the Biggest?," "Most Creative," and "The Hooptie Award." The goal is to have all decorated in pink accessories – “Pimpin' It Pink” - to honor the brave Women and Men who are fighting Breast Cancer.

Register early and save! Pre-registration is $20, while day of the event registration is $25. Check-in starts at 1pm at The Starboard!

Net proceeds benefit the "Team Dash for the Cure," a participating team in the Philadelphia 3 Day Breast Cancer Walk, benefiting Susan G. Komen for the Cure, in October. The team will be walking 60 scenic miles over 3 uplifting days thru Philadelphia while camping in pink tents at night to help fund breast cancer research & community outreach programs through Susan G. Komen for the Cure and the National Philanthropic Trust Breast Cancer Fund. With your help, there's no limit on how much we can raise. With last years efforts we were able to raise $5,000.
